A gentle weekly session supporting both body and mind, bringing together mindful Pilates and guided relaxation in one convenient class. I am an experienced, qualified Pilates instructor and mindfulness coach, offering an holistic approach to enhance wellbeing by developing the mind-body connection.

Thursdays: 6.15-7.15pm.

Location: St. Mary’s Church Hall, Church Lane, Bitton, BS30 6LH.

This session is designed to help you:

  • Improve flexibility and mobility through gentle Pilates-based exercise and stretching

  • Strengthen the mind–body connection by tuning into how movement feels in your body

  • Support both physical and mental wellbeing with exercise for the body and the brain

  • Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and deeply relaxed

Each class includes:

  • 25 minutes of gentle Pilates, guided with mindful awareness

  • 35 minutes of guided relaxation to help settle the nervous system and ease mental tension

By combining mindful movement and relaxation in one session, you receive the benefits of both without needing to attend separate classes.

This class is suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a slower, more supportive approach to exercise and relaxation.

Each week you will be provided with a mindfulness exercise to take home.

Cash on the day is accepted. However booking is essential therefore, if you would like to book with cash or by bank transfer, please fill in the contact form below and I will be in contact to confirm your space.

1. Participation and Responsibility : By booking and attending this class, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and understand that gentle physical movement is involved. You accept responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and safety during the session. You agree to listen to your body, move within your own comfort and ability, and stop any movement that causes pain, discomfort, dizziness, or distress. 2. Health Declaration: You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in Pilates and guided relaxation. If you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, are pregnant, or are experiencing pain or discomfort, it is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before attending and to inform the instructor prior to the session. This class is not suitable for anyone requiring medical supervision during exercise unless clearance has been given by a qualified healthcare professional. 3. Not Medical Advice - The class content is intended to support general wellbeing only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or mental health care. Guided relaxation and mindfulness techniques are supportive practices and are not intended to treat or cure medical or psychological conditions. 4. Instructor Qualifications - Classes are delivered by an experienced and qualified Pilates and fitness instructor, and an award-winning hypnotherapist and mindfulness and meditation coach. All guidance is offered within the scope of professional training and experience. 5. Health & Safety During Sessions: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Bring any required personal items such as, Inhalers, EpiPen's, Medication, water or a mat if advised. Ensure you have adequate space to move safely without obstruction. Follow all safety guidance given during the session. If attending in person, you must adhere to the venue’s health and safety policies. 6. Assumption of Risk While all reasonable care is taken to ensure sessions are safe and suitable for beginners, participation in physical activity carries inherent risk. Gabrielle’s Guidance accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where required by law.. 7. Raffle participation is optional and subject to availability. 8. Personal Belongings- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Gabrielle’s Guidance accepts no responsibility for loss or damage. 9. You are responsible for ensuring your Emergency contact details are up to date. If you wish to opt out of photography/ videography for marketing and advertising purposes please inform Gabrielle’s Guidance. 11. By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Health & Safety guidance, and Disclaimer.
