This is a personalised 1:1 4-week wellness package designed to help you lose weight naturally, safely, and sustainably while building confidence and healthier habits that last.

Each week, you will receive a private 2 hour 1:1 session with me, combining one hour of Pilates instruction with one hour of personalised hypnotherapy. This unique mind and body approach is designed to support both your physical wellbeing and your mindset, helping you stay motivated and consistent throughout your journey. We can discover the root cause of your relationship with food, install healthy habits, and hypnotherapy is tailored to your needs, whether that’s diet, healthier eating, healthy sleep, confidence, exercise motivation, menopausal support or anything else.

As a qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist and Pilates instructor, I tailor every session to your individual needs, goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking for a fresh, supportive approach to weight loss, this programme is designed to meet you where you are, with no pressure and no judgement.

Alongside your weekly sessions, you will receive a personalised Pilates workout plan to follow at home, bespoke hypnotherapy recordings to keep you focused, and a mood and food diary to help you become more aware of your habits and patterns. I will also provide practical resources, guidance, and accountability to help you stay on track between sessions.

This holistic programme is about more than simply losing weight. It is about creating long term changes in both mindset and lifestyle so that you feel healthier, stronger, and more confident in yourself. By combining movement, mindset support, and gentle accountability, I help you build habits that continue long after the four weeks are complete.

This programme is ideal for complete beginners and for women who may feel uncomfortable in a gym environment or want to gain the confidence to join a gym. Everything in between sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home, with no gym membership and no equipment required.

My Glow Up Package offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space to transform your habits, improve your wellbeing, and help you feel good in your own skin. Research shows that while habits can take longer to become automatic, the first 28 days are vital for building consistency and creating the foundation for lasting change. A study by Lally et al. (2010) found that repeating healthy behaviours regularly strengthens habit formation over time, meaning that within 28 days you can begin to establish routines that support long term wellbeing.
