About Me

My Background

From a young age I have been passionate about helping others, from studying Health and Social Care as a GCSE to studying Forensic Science at college. On leaving college, I attended the University of the West of England, whereby I gained my BSc Honors Degree in Psychology, during which time I had a placement as a behaviour mentor in a secondary school and as a crisis counsellor for a charity called Shout.

I have worked as a Health Care Assistant in a Dementia and Alzheimer's Care home, I later went on to work in the NHS as a Ambulance Care Assistant and later as a Medical Secretary in the Cardiology Department. More recently, I have worked as a Health and Wellness Advisor alongside my role as a Gym and Pilates Instructor at a local gym.

I have a enhanced clear DBS on the update service and I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

I am accredited with the National Hypnotherapy Society, attend monthly supervision and have 30 hours of continuous professional development (CPD) training a year, to ensure I am working ethically and can support you the best I can.

I provide a empathetic, compassionate, listening ear and a safe space to be yourself. There is no judgement from me whatsoever, I genuinely care and want to help. I am passionate about ensuring I am inclusive and I will adapt my service to suit your individual needs- everyone is welcome.

How Hypnotherapy Helped Me

In 2019, I personally sought hypnotherapy, I have always had a keen interest in the subconscious so was curious to try it myself.

I had hypnotherapy to help me lose weight after struggling with postpartum weight gain. After years of failed dieting attempts, hypnotherapy was the only thing that worked—I lost 2 stone and have sustained that weight loss ever since.

I have been fortunate enough to be able to combine my love for Psychology with the ancient healing practice of hypnotherapy and make it my career.

Charity & Community Work

I am passionate about supporting charities. I am running the Brighton Marathon on the 12th of April 2026 for the Alzheimer’s Society.

In May 2025, I completed the AJ Bell Bristol Half Marathon in support of the British Heart Foundation. To further increase fundraising, I also offered a free group guided meditation session, helping to raise awareness of the mind-body connection.

Previously, I have completed the Bath Half Marathon to raise funds for Trauma Breakthrough, a charity supporting survivors of trauma, and I have participated in the Race for Life 10K in aid of Cancer Research UK. I have also raised funds for the Alzheimer’s Society by taking part in an official Memory Walk to honour those affected by dementia.

Supporting Your Community

I am always happy to offer free guided group meditation sessions for workplaces, charities, and community events.
If you would like to arrange a session, please fill out the contact form below and I will be in touch.

Why I Am Passionate About Helping You

Although hypnotherapy transformed my life, my work is not about what worked for me—it is about discovering what will work for you. Every person is unique, and I tailor each session to your individual needs, values and subconscious patterns. I am incredibly proud of the clients I have helped thus far and observing them achieve their goals is an incredibly profound privilege.

Is Hypnotherapy Right for You?

If you have a gut feeling that I may be the right hypnotherapist to support you, I would be delighted to guide you. Together, we can access the tools and techniques to help you thrive.
